Now talk about talent! Whoooo Hoooo! This site offers some spectacular tubes! From some very, very talented artists! The Golden Girls created these Paint Shop Pro Picture Tubes from the outstanding artwork of the artists listed below.
While I love all the artists - I have my favorites -I love Les Toil's work! He has done for us big women what no other artist I've seen has ever done! I'm not too good sometimes in remembering names - faces, I never forget! So, there have been some embarrassing moments like with Mr. Henri Peter, a very talented artist, and while I did not know his name at first, I LOVE his American Indian artwork and had been using tubes of his artwork, which were created by Winters World.
Thanks to all these talented, generous tubers - I am beginning to learn alot more about art and the talented artists behind the art.
I have always admired art - have always wished I could paint or draw, but that is a gift the Creator chose not to give to me. But I have a good eye - and have taken many wonderful digital photos. And because of the wonders of modern technology, I can take my digital photographs and by using a program called Paint Shop Pro and other software programs like FX's Mystical Lighting, I can create art. While it may not be my art, in that I did not paint or draw the actual scene, etc. it is still MY IMAGINATION that puts what I create with all these things together, to produce the beautiful graphics and digital art you see on this website and others.
My heart and spirit are in each and every digital art piece or graphic I make.
Thank you to all the wonderful, generous artists and to all the talented people who make Paint Shop Pro Tubes and so generously share them with all of us on the internet. In this day and age, when money is the number one god of too many and sharing or gifting something special and precious is a thing of the past, you are indeed, one of a kind - special and unique and I believe, without doubt, the Creator will bless you many times over for your kindness and good heart.

What individual in their right mind, would continue to stalk and harass and lie about someone for over 4 years? If I am guilty of the things this person claims, why hasn't he, in all this time, filed a lawsuit against me, as he claims he has or will do on his website? Because he has no claim - he is an out and out liar and a very dangerous person, who has a history of preying on women, the elderly and anyone he believes he can terrify.
Things have changed however. There are now laws to protect us on the internet. These laws are clear that using the internet to stalk, harass, annoy, alarm, defame, etc., no longer has to be tolerated by anyone. I have begun to utilize this law against this man. Has it made him stop? No. He is so obsessed that he would rather lose his website domain host, than simply remove his pages of lies.
He is currently on his third domain host. He also has his pages listed at America Online-AOL. At the time of this writing - May 10, 2004, I am attempting to get AOL as well as his new domain host, The Planet.Com to remove the defamatory pages. I am not even asking that his entire site be removed - although it should be. He doesn't deserve to have a website on the internet because he uses the internet to hurt people.
He claims now - he has added more false information on his website since he has been removed from his last 2 domain hosts, that I stalk, harass and post untrue things about him! This man is unreal - and believe me, I am glad he lives in Washington State and not near me, because his actions make me wonder what more he can be capable of doing besides listing untrue and libelous statements on his website.
He has had many victims in the past. Many were and are too afraid to step forward and I can't blame them for that. Some are elderly and afraid of him. I am not afraid of him. I want him to simply stop lying about me. I now know his name and where he lives.
It's really quite unreal to say the least. This man who calls me a thief - is guilty of the untrue things he has said of me. He violated Cybersites copyright, he has also violated my copyright and that of Xoom - I purchased webclip art and therefore I have a right to use it. But he doesn't. On his site, he has photographs of grizzly bears in the water, horses in a field and a woman by a waterfall - all our photos that come with a CD Clipart collection from Xoom, which I purchased back in 1999. He has not said that the other images are not his. He lives that fact up in the air for people to "assume."
Here is a man who is non-native - at least he admits it - who attacks native people all the time. He calls me an "apple whore" in his email of July 2003. An apple, means red on the outside, but white on the inside. Nice words. Nice discriptions. It only gives power to those of native descent who are prejudice. Returning prejudice and racism with doesn't make us any better - but for a non-native man to be doing it. Also one of the pieces of his "artwork" contains a scene that is Sacred - it has to do with Sundance. But he is willing to display that and make money from it.
He speaks with a very forked tongue as Indian people were once known to comment about those who do not tell the truth. He has insinuated himself into native affairs and I can't understand why any native person would want to be associated with a person who has such blatant disrespect for women. Women are the life-givers and native nations have always had the utmost respect for their women. Not this man, which is obvious by the email he sent to me and believe me, that is mild in comparison to those I received from him back in 1999 and 2000 - and even into 2001. I only learned about the anti-stalking law this past year, and the law in my state was passed in 2001. I only wish I had known about it sooner - and I wish they had such a law back in 1999, when he would send me the most horrible emails after demanding money from me, from innocently using one of his graphics. He is lying when he states on his website that I refused to take it down, that I removed his copyright, I wouldn't even know how to do that back now and even today, now that I know more about digital art and graphics, I don't know how I could remove it without it being obvious. I took his artwork down - but I refused to pay him any money and that is when his harrassment began. I later came into contact with two elderly people - one from Illinois, the other from Georgia, who had been terrorized by him.
I know that sooner or later all of this will catch up to him. All the hurt and pain he has caused others; all the trouble he has made for people, will come home to roost.
But in the meantime, I will continue to contact his web domain hosts as long as he has that false information about me on his website. Now he has included my husband's name as well because he is so angry about being removed from 2 web domain hosts within weeks of one another. That's HIS fault, not mine or anyone else's. He's violating the law andusing the internet via his website to intimidate and make libelous statements about me.
I will keep you updated on this. Until this man removes that untrue information about me from his website, I will not let up in using legal means to stop him. I will not stoop to his level with name-calling and untrue statements. I would never want to be at his level of living and having no respect for anyone.
In the past 3-4 weeks, his website has been removed from two different web host servers for violations of their terms and conditions, as well as violations of Maine State Law as it pertains to internet stalking and harassment.

Just a personal note. Isn't it sad that in this day and age, those of us who create a personal website for enjoyment and fun - need to make pages with all sorts of disclaimers? There was a time, when a page with links, was sufficient. I mean, I fully understand, if someone is using another's work and profiting from that, then BY ALL MEANS, there should be not only payment rendered but extensive recognition given.
But in today's world? It's not that way at all in most situations. My husband and I offer everything on our website to people with no strings attached. The only reason why I use a right click code is because of people like those I have listed above. They will copy something from a website and twist it and turn it around and make it appear to be something altogether different.
Bear Visions - Gregg Taketomo has a website where he lists both of our names with all sorts of false allegations and there are some people who just believe it. Sad. I use to have a page honoring Annamae Pictou and had an eagle that was especially designed in her honor and memory, called Anna's Eagle.
Because of his lies, I had to take it down. Sad, that this Micmac woman who was such a role model for so many, who gave her life for our people cannot be honored and remembered by me or anyone else because of him. And he's not even native.
Yet this same man, has as "his artwork" a Sacred object for Sundance displayed on his website.

BEAR VISIONS - This man is a stalker. He is vicious. He stalked me from 1999 into late 2000, then it started to taper off. Back then, there were no laws to protect us from stalking online but at least today, most states do have anti-stalking laws.
Once again this sick individual is sending me emails because I am standing up to his abuse. This time he is using yet another AOL email address: ALongRider@aol.com
Criminal complaints against him are being processed to stop him from doing this.
Do NOT be taken in by this man's deceptive behavior. He will act very cordial and polite when he feels it suits his purposes. He is indeed dangerous and especially abusive toward women.

He is a non-native, and lives in Washington state. He has a website where he sells "native" art with Sacred scenes being depicted. He uses AOL and is well-known in some AOL chat rooms. Be careful if you are a user of AOL and should ever encounter this man.
Do NOT get into any debates with him about anything at all, as you may find yourself being victimized by him. He has a long history of stalking and harassing women, especially elders, or the disabled/handicapped, anyone he feels to be weaker than him and therefore, an easy target.
Donna Smith, another non-native, who screams loudest about copyright, when she herself violated it, until someone complained on her, and I have to say this much, that I saw nothing wrong with her posting the Cherokee Feast of Days - alot of folks so - they are beautiful words and thoughts for each and every day - even though someone complained about her doing this, wouldn't you think she would know what it feels like to be posting some good and beautiful and then to have someone turn around and complain about it? I guess not. Because it didn't stop her from making false allegations against me.
I will never in a million years understand this sort of thing. But the Indian community is tiring of people like Leslie Weinberg and Donna Smith and Gregg Tatketomo. In particular Leslie Weinberg. And they have banded together to put an end to her reign of terror on the internet.
This sort of behavior on the internet is really hard to deal with, because the people who do it, hide behind online screen names and their pc monitors. In our website we hide nothing. We use our real photos, our names, and everything. Why Because we have "NOTHING" to hide.
