One With Me

The trees do whisper to me - I am sister to them and they are brothers to me. I lean against the strong mighty oak and maple tree, joined together in unity. One, entwined, lessons from the trees to all of mankind.

I am a Oak says one, the other, I am Maple. Together we grow as one, in strength and unity, a lesson to all mankind. The time has come for the message to be heard-the hope of our lives can be found only in unity.

The trees do whisper to me and sing as they sway with the winds. A dance to our Creator and an honor to our Mother, entwined together, Brother to Brother, lessons from the trees to all of mankind.

A sound I hear.....so quiet...and the deer is there, greeting me. You saw me walk my last he said, and now you honor me.

A splash, the sound from the river just beyond, it is the Beaver coming up to the land. You are a part of me forever, the Beaver said to me. I am a part of who you are, and you are part of me.

I look up and see a sky so blue - and feel a joy of life renewed. For the maple and the oak, the deer and the beaver entwined in life, our lives are part of each other.

The lesson of the trees, the deer and the beaver, not quite the same but together forever, in unity.
